Braid, Flux and Size Options
This product is a solder wick, also known as a desoldering braid: a copper braid with 1% flux content for removing solder.
Available width options are 0.5mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm and 3.5mm. Each listed roll is 1.5m long; customizable length is available. The stated melting point is 170°C.
Electronics Desoldering Applications
The ZD-180 solder wick is suitable for removing solder from components, SMDs, ICs, solder icicles and solder blobs. It can also be used when cleaning or correcting poor solder connections.
