Solder Fume Extraction System

The ZD-159 Solder Fume Extraction System is a mobile fume extractor for laboratory soldering work. It combines a low-noise adjustable-speed fan, a replaceable activated carbon filter and an adjustable working angle for flexible bench or wall-mounted placement.

The ZD-159 can be placed on a worktop or mounted on a wall, allowing the fan angle to be adjusted towards the soldering area. It is designed for laboratory workspaces where a compact, movable solder fume extractor is required.

Airflow and Filtration Evidence

The ZD-159 uses an activated carbon filter for solder-fume extraction. Its adjustable fan-speed control lets the operator set the airflow for the immediate work area.

The Product Specifications list an absorption capacity of 0.2–1 m³/minute and a blowing capacity of 0.2–1.2 m³/minute. The unit can therefore be used either for fume extraction or for blowing airflow as a fan.
