Controlled Hot Air for SMD Rework
The ZD-939L is a compact hot-air SMD rework station for soldering and desoldering QFP, SOP, PLCC, SOJ and BGA (CSP) components. Nozzles are available for these component categories.
Temperature, Airflow and Controls
Independent knobs provide separate control of heat and airflow. The digital temperature readout covers a 160°C–480°C range, and air volume is adjustable to a maximum of 24 L/min.
