Station and Vacuum Functions
The ZD-987 2-in-1 Soldering Station with Vacuum Pump is designed for production and service use. It combines a soldering iron and a powered desoldering gun in one plug-powered workstation, and the two tools can operate independently or together.
The station includes a 60W soldering iron, an 80W desoldering gun and a stand. Its desoldering function uses the powered gun and integrated vacuum system; it is not a hand-operated desoldering pump.

Digital Controls and Operating Modes
The ZD-987 uses dual LCD displays for simultaneous temperature and set-point viewing. Temperature is adjusted with the up/down buttons, and the soldering and desoldering functions can be selected for separate or combined operation.
