Holder Design and Compatibility
The ZD-11D Soldering Tool Stand uses an elevated Y-notch / V-shaped cradle to centre and hold the barrel of most standard pencil-style soldering irons. The holder is designed to provide a resting place for hot soldering irons during electronic repair work.
Construction and Bench Stability
The stand is made from high-quality stamped metal. Embossed reinforcing ridges on the base plate and upright support increase rigidity and help resist bending or flexing under the weight of the tool.
Its compact, single-piece stamped design is suitable for workbenches, small toolboxes and repair kits.
Heat-Management Features
The all-metal construction provides heat resistance for resting hot soldering irons. The Y-notch cradle helps keep the iron barrel in position while it is placed on the stand.
